都有“旅行，旅游”的意思，travel，journey 或 trip 却不仅相同

一、travel

Travel 的英文解释是：to go from one place to another, especially over a long distance

由此可见，travel 通常是长距离的旅行，且是从一个地方到另一个地方，是旅游的通称，例如：

Paul travels a lot in his job.

保罗在工作中经常出差。

我喜欢乘火车旅行。

Travel 作名词时，表示旅游的行为或活动，通常是不可数名词，例如：

四、三者的区别

1. travel 是旅游的统称，这个可以从 journey 和 trip 的英语释义中看出来。

2. trip 是基础词汇，而 jounery 不是，且 trip 用于较广的语境；一般来说 trip 的旅程较 journey 的旅程短，但并不是绝对的，即使 trip 涉及的旅程常，但是所花费的时间常常不长。
